Ramp is in an exciting phase of growth and we are expanding and growing our office spaces across multiple locations. You’ll work directly with our Leadership Team to help prepare for our new office build out and move-in. This is a key role where you will be uniquely positioned to impact Ramp’s new office experience as we continue to scale the company.
You’ll ensure that all facilities relating to the office are managed, including but not limited to, office management, reception, handling mail/packages, and assisting with team events/offsites, (which we love!) to keep our diverse team engaged. The position is based part-time onsite (20 hours per week initially) at our San Fransisco office. All employees onsite are required to have proof of vaccination.
Greet guests and ensure all visitors are accommodated
Ensure visitors are greeted/follow covid check-in protocol
Manage the day-to-day operations of our San Fransisco office, including facilities, mail, IT equipment, maintenance, vendors, and inventory query.
Check the mailroom for packages daily, and securely store mail/scan mail for remote employees where applicable.
Maintain, identify, and communicate office policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented appropriately e.g. Update and maintain compliance with office health and safety protocols relating to both city and state COVID guidelines
Assist accounting and finance team by managing the office budget and making sure all invoices relating to Ramp finances are handled in a timely manner
Provide leadership a monthly expense report, impact per event, maximizing and quantifying engagement per dollar.
Positively Influence company culture and employee morale by organizing engagement activities including team events, company parties, employee celebrations, happy hours, team off sites etc. both virtually and in-person
Assist the Executive Assistant team with special projects and coordinating lunch orders/logistics for onsite VIP events and meetings
Makes sure that all conference, meeting, and team rooms are kept clean, have operating technology (zoom rooms, cables, etc.), adequate seating, and are fully functional at all times
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance (or equivalent related functions)
Strong local knowledge of San Fransisco area
Strong communication skills, EQ self-awareness, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and can demonstrate an ability to prioritize the workload
Must be well organized, detail-oriented self-starter, high attention to detail, ownership mentality,
Previous experience managing budgets
Proficient in Gsuite, Slack and Zoom
Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management
Experience working with property management
Managing contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
Experience in a similar role supporting an executive team of a quickly growing company.
Experience managing satellite offices and supporting remote employees
Spanish speaking ability

The hourly rate for this contract is $40 USD
